How the line works
One line. Four stations.
A folio goes in flat. A finished chequebook comes out the other end — no manual handling in between.

Guillotine Module
Each folio is fed onto the infeed table and cut into individual cheque booklets, ready for stitching.

Stitching Module
Twin wire-stitching heads stitch the spine of every booklet as it moves along the track.

Binding Module
Heat-seal tape is applied around the spine in three stages, neatly covering the stitches.

Shingle Stack Conveyor
Finished checkbooks stack automatically, gathered and ready for packing.
